Friends in Action!
We are very grateful that over the years, many of our customers have also become our friends. While we all come from varied backgrounds, flying is a common interest, and building planes together makes for strong connections. We're always happy to hear of adventures undertaken at the controls of an aircraft that was built in Cloverdale, or of friends we have made or met along the way who fly a Zenith kitplane. Here are a few of their stories...

In Oct. 2011, Sebastien Heintz and Roger Dubert from the Zenith Aircraft factory visited Quality Sport Planes during its annual fall West Coast Open House and Zenith Fly-in. They both stayed in California an extra day to take in the local sights, using the QSP STOL CH 750 demo aircraft.
This (left) is a video that Sebastien shot and edited, of their flying over Sonoma's wine country, oak-covered hills and water reservoirs... Other Zenith planes seen include the QSP CH 701 flown by Doug Dugger and Steve Smith and his Cloverdale-built Zodiac CH 601 XLB. |
